The number of stars for your ceiling is primarily determined by personal preference. Do you want a soft, night-sky glow or a vibrant, twinkling galaxy? Covering a larger space doesn’t always mean you need more stars. For example, if you have a large ceiling and plan to cover the full ceiling, you may need less stars per square meter than a large room that is not covering the whole ceiling, as when you're not filling the entire space, you'll likely want more stars per panel.
